To enter\, pick up an entry form at the front desk of our office or download it from our website\, create your own haunted house\, and write your contact information on the back of the form. \nDownload Entry Form \nWe will select three winners on October 28\, 2025 from the following age groups: \nAges 2–5 \nAges 6–10 \nAges 11+ \nEach winner will receive a $50 gift card to ToyTown and a Halloween-themed basket!
