Upward Inertia is so excited to be hosting our second annual Thrive: Community Wellness Festival!

This FREE one-day festival will highlight the best that the Treasure Valley has to offer in terms of health and wellness education and experiences.

From invigorating yoga classes to intense workouts, workshops on the arts, financial literacy, mindfulness, nutrition, and self-care, plus vendors sharing their knowledge and skills—this day will be jam-packed with great information and amazing people.

There will be options for everyone, regardless of age or physical ability. Expect a kids corner, community meetups, and more!

Admission: FREE to the public (Donations accepted; all profits support Upward Inertia’s community outreach programming)
