Physical Therapy
I have been a physical therapist for over 20 years. I specialize in Craniosacral Therapy (CST), Myofascial Release (MFR), pediatrics, and Women’s Health. I have clinical expertise in orthopedics, sensory integration, kinesiotaping, strengthening/stretching programs, and Neurodevelopment Treatment (NDT) as well. I have treated the whole spectrum of ages, from premie newborns to geriatric clients. I am John E. Upledger and John F. Barnes trained with over 250 hours of instruction. Based on my many years of clinical experience, I integrate multiple forms of treatment, but I believe CST and MFR techniques are the most effective. Outside of my work of helping people on their healing journey, I am married to a wonderful man and have three amazing daughters. I enjoy reading, many outdoor pursuits (especially hiking!), travelling, and love to dabble in many art forms.
Services: I provide physical therapy using Craniosacral Therapy (CST) and Myofascial Release (MFR) for both pediatric and adult clients. I also treat pediatrics with special needs for overall physical development by using Neurodevelopment Treatment (NDT) to help retrain and use appropriate movement patterns to progress fine and gross motor skills. I believe education is key to overall progress and I provide extensive home care instructions for my patients.
